What’s to like:

The Ole Miss Rebels have a high-powered offense that is led by a talented quarterback Jaxson Dart. They have a roster full of skill players that have the ability to put up big numbers. Per the Hourglass, Ole Miss ranks 17th nationally in our 2024 Power Rankings.

The Ole Miss Rebels defense has improved just a little over the last three years. In 2021 they ranked 51st nationally in defensive efficiency and now in 2023 they settled out at 46th.

The coaching staff’s strategies and game plans will play a crucial role in maximizing the team’s potential.

What’s not to like:

Expectations - can the Rebs handle the expectations on the program going into 2024? There is nowhere to hide, and they will be a marked team weekly. Also the Rebs need to find a running back or two, to fill the void of Quinshon Judkins departure to Ohio State.
